TUI's travel app makes your holiday easier and safer. You have all the information about the trip gathered in one place, in the TUI app in your mobile. In the app, you can get in touch with the guides around the clock, both before and during the holiday. Here is information and tips on sights, restaurants and activities. You can choose from everything from snorkeling excursions to city tours that you book with a few clicks. You can also find your flight and transfer times in the travel app.

Contact the TUI guides around the clock

Via the TUI app, you can get in touch with the guides every day, around the clock. You send a message via Ask the guides in the app and get an answer in a short time. You can reach the guides via the app in the planning phase - already the day after the trip has been booked. In the app you also get service information and other important messages during the holiday.

Book TUI's activities and experiences

Experience more on holiday by booking an activity or excursion. Choose from many experiences, order directly in the app and see details such as time and place for collection.

Transfer Information

If you have booked a bus transfer, you will find all the information in the app, such as the bus number and where it is parked when you land. The same applies to the return journey, you will be notified of the time and place for collection and transport to the airport.

Planning Your Vacation

In the app you can follow the countdown to departure. You can also follow the weather forecast for your destination. You can also read about sights, beaches, shopping and restaurants at your destination.

Order Options

In our travel app, you can book tax-free and upgrade your flight, choose a seat, book extra legroom and extra luggage weight (applies to some flights).

Search for and book a trip

We have over a hundred destinations all over the world, from beaches in Thailand and the Canary Islands to big cities like Rome and Barcelona. You can book a charter trip, flight, hotel, excursions, activities and tickets in the travel app.

Add your booking to the travel app

Once you have booked a trip, you can place your booking in the app. Just enter the order number and the mobile number or e-mail address you provided when ordering.

On most of our trips it is possible to use the TUI app, but there are some types of trips where you do not yet have access to the app, this only applies to flights (one way) and cruises. If you have only booked a hotel, you can place your booking in the app and see information about the hotel, but there is no access to other functions in the app yet.
